What is green building consultancy?
It helps a project meet a sustainability rating such as LEED, Estidama or Al Sa’fat by getting the modelling, calculations and documentation right. M2J Ventures does this technical work for project teams, alongside your own.
Can you help at an early design stage?
Yes. Early energy, daylight and gap analysis studies help the design team compare options while changes are still cheap to make. It is also the best time to check what rating the project can realistically target.
Our project is already under review. Can you still help?
Yes. We can review the model or documentation, work through open reviewer comments with you, and help prepare your response.
What do you need from us to get started?
The target rating, your deadline, and the project information you already have, such as drawings, specifications and any existing models. We confirm exactly what we need after the first conversation.
Do you offer energy modelling training?
Yes. Hands-on training for project teams, online or at your office. See Corporate Training.
How does an engagement start?
It starts with an initial conversation, by call or in person, so we understand what you need. We then send you a clear written quotation, covering what you will receive, what is not included, the timeline and the fee, followed by an engagement letter. Once everything is agreed, we get started.
