Digital transformation consulting helps a business plan and sequence changes to its technology, processes and ways of working so it can reach its goals. Our Digital Transformation Roadmap sets out where your technology stands, where the business is heading and the order of moves to get there.
Do you offer AI consulting and advisory for businesses?
Yes. We look at where AI would save real time in your business, for example drafting quotes, answering routine customer questions or summarising reports, and where it would add risk instead. You get a short list of uses worth starting with, what each one needs, and how it will be checked.
Do you also implement the solution?
For enterprises and corporates we advise and leave delivery to your team or chosen vendor. For small and medium businesses we can also set up and configure the solution.

How does an engagement start?
It starts with an initial conversation, online or in person, so we understand what you need. We then send you a clear written quotation, covering what you will receive, what is not included, the timeline and the fee, followed by an engagement letter. Once everything is agreed, we get started.
